Deposit

The 10% deposit confirms your booking and is non refundable.

More than 90 days before arrival

Cancel and we’ll refund everything you’ve paid except the deposit. Or change your dates for free instead.

Balance not paid in time

If your balance isn’t paid in full 90 days before arrival, your booking is automatically cancelled and payments made are non refundable.

Within 90 days of arrival

Bookings can’t be cancelled, changed or refunded.

Card fees

Card processing fees can’t be refunded.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel for reasons within our control, you choose new dates or a full refund.

Travel insurance

Life happens. Good travel insurance protects you if something unexpected comes up.

None of this affects your rights under the consumer laws of your country.
