Who we are

Bali Wellness Journey is run by Putu, based in Bali, Indonesia. Questions about your privacy can be sent to hello@baliwellnessjourney.com.

What we collect

The details you give us in our enquiry form: your name, email, city, country, WhatsApp number and trip details. We also keep records of your payments, but we never see or store your card number. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how people use it. We also use advertising cookies from Google and Meta, so we can show our retreats to people who have visited our website.

Why we use it

To reply to you, plan and manage your booking, improve our website, and show relevant ads. We only send you news and offers if you ticked the box to receive them.

Who we share it with

Only what’s needed to deliver your retreat: Hotel Komune, and the drivers and guides who look after your transfers and excursions. We also use Brevo to manage emails and enquiries, Google and Meta for website statistics and advertising, and Midtrans for card payments. We never sell your information.

Where it’s stored

Some of these providers store data outside Indonesia.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your booking and our records. If you signed up for news, until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and only give access to people who need it.
